Practitioners who deliver.
We are a management consulting firm built on one standard: every consultant we bring in has executed at the expert level — not just advised from a distance.
Talk to UsOperator, not observer.
Innovaiden is a practitioner-led management consulting firm. We deliver expert advisory to organisations and private equity clients across engineering, architecture, software development, data science, and financial disciplines.
Our consultants are never hypothetical practitioners. Every advisor we bring to an engagement has been a hands-on expert in their core area — someone who has built the systems, led the programs, and delivered the outcomes themselves. Not someone who read the framework. Someone who lived it.
The same consultant who scopes your engagement runs it. They own the roadmap, lead the implementation, and stay through value delivery. No handoffs. No junior analysts executing what the senior sold.
Four principles.
Expert-Led, Every Engagement
The consultant who scopes the engagement runs it and signs the deliverable. Our consultants must have been domain experts — not generalists who studied a topic, but practitioners who built systems, led programs, and delivered outcomes at the expert level. Twenty years of experience on every call, from scoping through delivery.
Technical Depth, Not Checkbox Compliance
We read architecture diagrams, data flows, and financial structures — not just audit reports and questionnaire responses. The depth we bring surfaces risks and opportunities that surface-level assessments miss entirely. Findings grounded in hands-on technical expertise.
Delivered in Business Language
Technical findings are necessary but not sufficient. Every engagement produces outputs that boards, deal teams, and executive leadership can act on: quantified exposure, prioritized roadmaps, and clear cost-of-inaction analysis. Not jargon — judgment.
Scoping Through Value Delivery
We don't hand over a report and walk away. The same consultant who identifies the gaps owns the roadmap, oversees implementation, and validates delivery — from initial scoping through measurable value creation. End-to-end ownership on every engagement.
Built from the inside.
Innovaiden was founded by Dritan Saliovski, a consulting and risk executive with two decades across Big 4, global advisory, and enterprise operations — spanning EY, Aon, CGI, and American Airlines.
At Aon, Dritan served as Executive Director & Head of Digital M&A Advisory, EMEA, where he built the Nordic practice from inception and led 100+ digital due diligence engagements for PE and corporate acquirers. He simultaneously served as Strategic Advisor and vCISO for a $4B PE fund with 33 portfolio companies. At EY, he directed cybersecurity transformations across global sectors, led forensic investigations during active breaches as part of a special audit task force, and built automation tooling that cut PCI assessment time by over 30%. At American Airlines, he led post-acquisition platform security integration following the US Airways merger — across 30,000+ servers and building the operational automation that streamlined zero-trust deployment across the merged entities.
He is also a builder: founded and exited Collider, acquired by Complex Media and subsequently Verizon. That experience — knowing what it takes to build, scale, and survive diligence from both sides of the table — is reflected in how Innovaiden approaches every engagement.
